After a friend's recommendation, we tried the Preservation Biscuit for lunch one day, a place I've been driving past for years. It turns out the be a hidden gem in Falls Church City. While there, I had the enjoyment of eating The Goodness Gracious, BBQ on a biscuit. As a BBQ enthusiast, this unique combo was a delightful surprise. My friend ordered The Prime Time and described it in one word: remarkable. During lunch, I met the owner and told her that I will try everything on the menu. The simplicity and deliciousness of the small menu truly benefit the restaurant's charm, nothing fancy, in a very good way. I highly recommend visiting and indulging in the flavors. Stay tuned for more updates as I explore the menu further. Enjoy!

Good midday spot if you in mood for biscuits and something southern. Was not expecting such a southern style menu from the outside or the inside decor. Biscuits and gravy were super filling and would absolutely get again. Tons of flavors and the right texture. The biscuit in the breakfast sandwich was too dry for my taste.

Wow - local, women owned, delicious! Perfect treat for a Sunday morning we wanted something sweet - this was delicious via it was flakey yet dense. We sat to eat the one with ice cream as we knew it would melt and glad we did. Their menu is great for sweet and savory but if you want something other than a biscuit sandwich you're going to be out of luck Wil be back to try the savory options!
